Linking Replenagise to Shopify
Follow these steps to install Replenagise from the Shopify App Store and connect it to your store.
Install from the Shopify App Store
Open the Replenagise listing on the Shopify App Store and click Install. Shopify will show you the permissions the app needs — read access to your products, orders, inventory and locations, plus permission to create inventory transfers — and ask you to approve them.
Replenagise connects through Shopify's secure OAuth flow. No API keys, tokens or codes need to be copied manually — approving the permissions links the app to your store automatically.
Approve your plan
Shopify then shows your Replenagise plan — priced by the size of your catalog — together with your 14-day free trial. Approve the subscription to continue.
You won't be charged until the trial ends, and billing is handled entirely by Shopify. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time from your Shopify admin — cancelling during the trial means you pay nothing.
Create your account and log in
Once the plan is approved you'll be taken to Replenagise to set your password and complete your account setup. We also send an activation email to your store's email address with an Activate Your Account button, in case you want to finish setting up later.
Your password must be at least 8 characters with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. The activation link is valid for 7 days. Your first sync starts automatically — products, stock levels and sales history are usually imported within minutes.
Subscription
All new installations include a 14-day free trial with full access. Your subscription is managed entirely through Shopify — you can view, change or cancel your plan from your Shopify admin at any time.
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive the activation email
Check your spam or junk folder. The email is sent to your store's email address from Replenagise with the subject "Activate your Replenagise account". If you still can't find it, reinstall the app from the Shopify App Store to trigger a new email.
My activation link has expired
Links are valid for 7 days. If yours has expired, uninstall and reinstall Replenagise from the Shopify App Store. A fresh activation email will be sent to your store's email address.
