Linking Replenagise to Linnworks

Follow these steps to install Replenagise from the Linnworks App Store and connect it to your account.

Install from the Linnworks App Store

Log in to your Linnworks account and navigate to the App Store. Search for Replenagise and click Install. You will be asked to authorise the app to access your Linnworks data.

Once you click Install, Linnworks will connect the app to your account automatically. No tokens or codes need to be copied manually.

Check your email

After installation, you will receive an email from Replenagise at the email address associated with your Linnworks account. This email contains an Activate Your Account button.

The activation link is valid for 7 days. If you don't see the email, check your spam or junk folder. If the link has expired, simply reinstall the app from the Linnworks App Store to receive a new one.

Set your password and log in

Click the activation link in the email. You will be taken to Replenagise where you can set your password and complete your account setup.

Your password must be at least 8 characters with at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. Once set, you can log in at any time.

Subscription

All new installations include a 14-day free trial with full access. Your subscription is managed entirely through the Linnworks App Store — you can view and manage your plan from there at any time.

Troubleshooting

I didn't receive the activation email

Check your spam or junk folder. The email comes from Replenagise with the subject "Activate your Replenagise account". If you still can't find it, reinstall the app from the Linnworks App Store to trigger a new email.

My activation link has expired

Links are valid for 7 days. If yours has expired, uninstall and reinstall Replenagise from the Linnworks App Store. A fresh activation email will be sent to your Linnworks email address.
